There should be a balance between the benefits and investment to let the company feels that sponsoring you is a form of investment for them as well.
• Writing the Proposal. Your proposal shouldn’t be too long; two to six pages are enough. Focus on the sponsors by providing the benefits they can get by investing in your project. Include some achievements of your organizations and create interesting plans for the future to let them know what working with you is wonderful. Make sure to fill your proposal with only your offerings and your request from them. Remember that your proposal should be suited to the sponsor, so don’t write only one proposal for all, but tailor each proposal for different sponsors.
Setting you apart from the others through your proposal can be done by making sure you are doing your homework. The way you provide your statements clearly and try to do the commitment has been made are some characters that should be available in your proposal. With valuable offerings, your proposal will stand out among the others and the sponsor will be glad to accept your request. When two parties are both taking benefits, a deal is easy to make.
