Young generations sometimes can make a better world if they are guided to do what they have to do. Including them in your projects can be a great idea for achieving certain goals to benefit many people from different places including the young people themselves. However, there is no successful project without a good and well-written proposal because your ability in writing the proposal will highly influence the projects’ results.
• Searching Reports. Read some reports relevant to your project to make sure that what you are proposing is excellent based on the current issues and facts. The reports can be included in your proposal and they can be used as accurate supporting information to make it stronger.
• Collecting Quotes. Create a small community consisting of young people and let them share what current problems are happening in their ages and how your solutions can address them. Pick some quotes from them as proof that your proposed programs will be really useful.
• Providing Examples. Not only quotes, but some examples from everyday life should be included as additional proof that your project is sorely needed in the community. Picture the connection between the community needs and the expected results of your program to make the proposal stronger.
• Highlighting Young People. Highlight the benefits of including young people in your projects because you want to give more educations for the next generations. Your project should provide benefits in terms of education to let them get involved more in their communities.
• Visiting Universities. Your project might not include young people, but you want to use them as your audience because the benefits of the project would be targeted to them. In this case, you need to be more active by visiting some universities or schools to check how they think about your organization. If you want to include them later for different organizations, you can ask some suggestions about what activities in a certain field can make them interested to participate.
Young people are easy to work with as long as you have something to attract them. Their interest in doing something for the success of your project would significantly influence your proposal since it has already provided what it needs and you just need to work with the achievement of the goals. So design your projects carefully, plan some exciting activities and target useful goals that the young generations can reap for the future.
